Great food, fast and consistent service and excellent prices. Ate here May 4 and our waiter Don was fantastic. Also very clean and full of John Wayne nostalgia.
Tall Blonde waitress with glasses was our server, Wife asked for lunch pork chop, waitress said lunch isn't served untill 11.. Menu says 8 am.. she takes the order and says how do you want it? We want it cooked? We have never been asked that before, why would you ask how you want pork cooked? Then I ask for a biscuit and gravy instead of toast with my omelet, Menu says additional items .89 she says it will be a 1/2 order for $4. Very rude and her attitude sucked. was there Monday and the new younger cook was flipping raw bacon with his bare hands then touching toast and cheese can u say cross contamination and the female waitress working was rubbing her face and nose then grabbing plates with out washing during vivid? hell No health department is definitely paying them a visit food was good just prepared carelessly gunna get everyone ill

My husband and I love Morningside Cafe for their quaint environment and delicious food! Staff is always friendly and smiling and the food comes promptly! It’s our favorite breakfast spot and we look forward to going back in the near future!
