Not only did they give me a hard time about doing what the mortgage company required and force me to pay more to get them to go back to do the correct tests, but now, 4 years later, I discovered they never even opened the septic because it had a 6ft plank of wood on top that would have had to be dug up. Underneath was a tiny, failing septic from the 50s that we needed to pay to have replaced, along with a whole new system, instead of having the previous owner cover the costs. So negligent!
Honest & thorough. Morning Star was referred to us by a friend after we were given a bad call by another company that obviously just wanted $$$$. So glad we called Morning Star saved us headaches & money - problem solved.
