Actually stayed here on business trip/meeting but no issues. Clean, comfortable room, and surprisingly quiet for a family resort.

After multiple visits: Building D is a hard pass. The resort's restaurants are overpriced for what you get — barely average food with fine dining prices. The 2025 water park? Cold as hell, not fun at all. The outdoor jacuzzi was so overloaded with chemicals it felt like I was boiling in a hot bleach bath — pretty sure I came out two shades lighter. Room is really nice but tv is terrible and coffee maker was really gross. AC works great. Made my night of sleep so much more comfortable. Building D has no snacks available unless you have cash only for the vending machine on the first floor only. It essentially only has candy in it. No room service or delivery options. So bring snacks and drinks if you guys are midnight snackers Building and room location is plenty fine if you don’t want to worry about being close to the restaurants and front desk etc.
