I hired Morningstar Construction Co from Warrendale to pour my driveway and I am sorry that I ever did. I am not typically one to leave bad reviews, but Morningstar Construction installed DEFECTIVE CONCRETE and broke their written and signed contractual promise to come back and fix it. Take a look at these photos of their work. They blamed their supplier, JJ Kennedy, who they said sold them a bad batch of concrete. Every time it freezes the concrete crumbles, and gets worse!
