Watched a worker be rude to one of the people in their care, while on a trip to the movies. and threw away his popcorn at the movies. The person in their care wasn’t being rude and simply just wanted to sit in a different seat where they felt more comfortable. It wasn’t disturbing anyone. The worker was very rude and said they wouldn’t get any of the snacks, which they didn’t. All the other people in their care got their movie snacks. It was very sad to see the worker single this person out.
Very organized and detailed team. Punctuality is what I like, my child’s therapist has been cut short in the past in some hospital to cater to other patients’ need. And my child’s Therapist time has to be cut from 30 minutes to 20 minutes all the time. This place they treat all patients fair, they will not punish you and cut your time short for no reason.
