Similar experience to others posted here - tried for 3 years to schedule a balloon ride. We would book a reservation for a room in Park City, arrange for time off work, and have a babysitter for the time reserved with this company. Everything was prepaid. They said they would let us know if there were any weather problems that would require us to reschedule. No communication at all from the company. I honestly don't know how good their actual balloon service is. I'm sure it's great. The problem is that I paid for a balloon ride but then they said that they were full and couldn't get me in this year. Of course, I didn't get my money back. To top it off they gave me nothing but attitude on the phone. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND We had a wonderful SAFE ride! Daren and crew were helpful and knowledgeable. The spoiled brat that complained about not standing with his wife should have his man card rescinded. SAFETY FIRST!!! Thank you Morning Star for a wonderful 70 th birthday event.
We were expecting this to be the highlight of our vacation; a beautiful romantic flight together for our anniversary. While the flight was everything we expected, it was ANYTHING but romantic. We were not even allowed to stand together in the basket of the balloon. We could barley talk to each other. They were rude to us because we wanted to be together in the balloon, and told us to pretend we were having a good time so they could get photos for their website.
