I went to Duong after I got into an accident because of black ice and car got messed up. He did an excellent job on the bodywork, got the parts, and all the labor and threw in additional work at no cost like a second headlight so the front matched and the 22 year old car looks better than ever, all at the quoted price in less than two weeks total (waiting for parts took the longest0. Just picked up my families car. Amazing experience. Fast for the work that needed done on it. Best prices around. The Owner is a man of character and gets the job done just like he says it will get done.
Went here to get an estimate for a repair (out of pocket). The person making the estimate did not bother to explain the breakdown and just wanted me to sign off on the ridiculous quote. He added stuff I didn't want or ask for, and wouldn't take those items out of the estimate. I've never seen a ruder mechanic. Within one minute of talking he stormed off and told me to go home. I went to another shop and got an estimate costing less than 1/3. Avoid this place if you want out-of-pocket repairs.
