Sony did a great job servicing my car, correcting issues left by my previous mechanic.
Sony is difficult to work with. He damaged my brand-new Nissan brake pads and rotor, and he is unable to work on any new vehicles.
They, instead of admitting that he doesn't know how work on new vehicles put my entire family at risk by destroying the braking mechanism of our vehicle. On top he was arrogant and did not own his mistake even after admitting he was in the wrong. Please keep far from them as possible.
We routinely did brake pad replacement at this shop and shortly after we started hearing rattling noises, so we had to take our car to another mechanic as this shop was closed at the time only to find out this mechanic, Mr. Sony forgot to put in the caliper bolts, which resulted in the brake pads slipping away, therefore severely damaging brake pads, rotors, and other brake mechanisms. He’s honest, straightforward, and never tries to upsell unnecessary work. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and keeping your car running right.
