My parent was in the Lantern program, since they opened. They started out to be a great facility but as the resident increased, the facility was under staffed and they made rules as mistakes were made. They tried to cover for mistakes, and lied constantly. The aids who work with our families are not allowed to speak to the families, so they don't want you to know the truth of what is going on.
