This facility can be a great fit if your loved one adjusts easily. The staff are truly kind, attentive, and caring. The corporate side is another story. If anything goes wrong, they will take full advantage. My dad was evicted due to aggressive behavior (I don’t blame them for this but it was completely shocking to us. We had NEVER seen this from him before.) They refused to reconsider the $2500 community fee, after only being present there less than 2 months and only physically present 6 weeks. We are so grateful for the good people (VERY GOOD) at this facility. We have gone through some deep waters with them by our side. What a blessing and comfort to have them as a part of our lives. ❤️
Everyone has been so friendly and helpful placing our loved one here. I feel assured that he will receive the best care here. He already has told me they are so helpful when he needs something.
