Morning pointe took amazing care of my grandfather and he loved the staff there. When he died recently, several staff went to his funeral. They were so kind and treated my grandfather Bill so well. For that, I will always be thankful.
This facility can be a great fit if your loved one adjusts easily. The staff are truly kind, attentive, and caring. The corporate side is another story. If anything goes wrong, they will take full advantage. My dad was evicted due to aggressive behavior (I don’t blame them for this but it was completely shocking to us. We had NEVER seen this from him before.) They refused to reconsider the $2500 community fee, after only being present there less than 2 months and only physically present 6 weeks. We are so grateful for the good people (VERY GOOD) at this facility. We have gone through some deep waters with them by our side. What a blessing and comfort to have them as a part of our lives. ❤️
