I had my carpets “deep cleaned” and they ended up looking worse than before. The manager said that it could not be fixed and offered me a partial refund. VERY dissatisfied. This company is not real, it’s a scam. Their address in Martinez is a PO Box.

I recently had my carpets cleaned in Martinez and was very happy with the results. Johnathan and Eric did a much more detailed job than other big-name companies I’ve used before. They brought special equipment to really suction deep into the carpet and pulled out a lot of hidden dirt and debris.
