Easy to schedule but awful service and customer service. Charged $275 for a deep clean with no improvement. Spent less than 30 min at my house. When I called afterwards, said it would be better when dry. Stain was still there after drying so I called back and was told “a manager will call you back both times.” No response. I did better work with my Bissell green machine and carpet cleaner.
Working with Luke and Richard from Morning Light Carpet Cleaning was an absolute pleasure. Luke made the trip to Frisco to clean our carpets and the results were amazing. The enzymatic cleaner they applied was highly effective, devoid of any harsh chemical odors, and left our carpets looking as good as new. Morning Light Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on our carpets. Our carpets are quite aged and we have a two-year-old pup who left a few stains as well. We were skeptical about the deeply ground stains and the puppy marks being removed, and we were ready to just accept them. But to our surprise, they're gone now! From the moment i dialed their number to the time luke left my house, the level of customer service was outstanding. The individual i talked to while setting up my carpet cleaning appointment was super friendly and efficient. i got a courteous reminder call before the service, and luke showed up exactly when he said he would.
