We had a water leak in our bathroom and tried to clean it up ourselves, but we were still worried about moisture getting trapped under the carpet. This is the same company as C&W carpet cleaners. They are third party dispatchers and are completely incompetent. I called to schedule services twice - moved all of our pets and my wife working from home arranged to work elsewhere only for them to no call no show BOTH TIMES!!!
I have several pets, especially dogs, so my carpets often collect a lot of fur and pet odors. My home in Kings Mountain has older blue carpets that I thought would never come clean again. When I called Morning Light Carpet Cleaning, Wesley came out and used a special pet enzyme treatment to remove the deep-set smells and stains. The results were fantastic, and the carpets looked and smelled fresh again. I’m very happy with how clean everything turned out, even with all the rain and humidity we get here.
