Wanted some good fried catfish and decided to try this place. The place is off in the country on a main Street easy accessible and easy to get to. I was amazed that the catfish was real catfish and it was fried good and they also had whole catfish which was even better. They also have lemon pepper and sweet fish with a glaze on the top of it which I thought was very good. This was maybe a 5/10 experience. The only saving grace was the fish and shrimp was good. This was my family's first and probably last time going there. So, I called about an hour before I went and asked about food for children, like chicken tenders or burgers. I was advised they had tenders. Great I thought as I have a picky eater. We got there and I tried to order 2 all you could eat, a shrimp plate and tenders plate. Fantastic food. Friendly staff. Reasonable price for portion. Fish, fries and hush puppies cooked fresh on the spot.
