I used to love going there but it's been so inconsistent with the appointments. I have a reactive dog. Came on time & they made us wait like 40 mins because she needed to go to the back door. I had a 4 month old baby with me as well. So bad Left so disappointed of the unprofessional service. Doctor's are amazing though. Def looking for something else in the future

I contacted the clinic to enquire about boarding for my two rabbits, as the website mentions small pet boarding. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the information I was looking for. When I asked for a quote, I was told it would be $40 if they shared a pen. My dog had kennel cough and was told to keep my dog in the carpark and they’d come out to see him. I would’ve thought it would be like other vets that have an isolation room with a back entrance. Not sure what they would’ve done if it was raining. The vet didn’t seem the warmest or really want to touch my dog. Does an examination in the carpark yet still have to pay a full fee, not very professional.
