I'm grateful for the outstanding and friendly service the team provided in assisting me with a new retainer.
Both my kids went to Dr Todres and I can highly recommend him. Both had early interventions and neither needed braces. What I really like about Dr Todres is his honesty. Both kids could have had more work for a 100% perfect teeth but we were given an honest opinion that functionally they were fine and the decision left to us if we went for perfect aesthetically over totally fine.
Poor first experience taking my daughter today, appointment for 9am, wasn't seen until well after 9.30am with no apology or explanation. Not very welcoming and not very clean in reception area. Will look for an alternative.
