I bought a Kia Rio 2022 model used car about 3 weeks ago from this dealership (Morely Mitsubishi) for my daughter. Could not select zero stars. Worst experience buying a car ever! On arrival for pick up, my son noticed some minor damage - this was after I had signed the contract (of which I was not given a copy at the time). I refused to take delivery until the damage was repaired. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS SERVICE CENTRE. They 'repaired' our car and less than 1 month later, it needed to go back. It had not been repaired correctly. They have had our car for 2 weeks now, and just today said that the parts need to come from Japan - another 2 weeks before they even arrive. There is no loan car available. There is nothing they can do to help us. We will be 4 or more weeks without a car - all because they did not repair it correctly the first time. Abusive owner. I was contacted after I payed for vehicle in full and told that they sold it to me at the wrong price. I politely told them that it’s as per the contract and I will not be giving them any more money. I then received an abusive call from the owner Joe. Don’t go here find another Mitsubishi dealer there are plenty around
