I dropped my car off just before 12pm before heading out to get lunch. I left my name and phone number and was told it would be a few hours. Cool. No probs, good things take time. About 90 mins later I came back and noticed the car wasn't done yet. No worries, they said it would take a few hours so I sat in their waiting area and kept working. This was about 1.30pm.
