I found her helpful, caring, patient and understanding in assisting me step by step on each protocol on the FolioApp portal , paying my rent . Unfortunately I can't recommend this property management company from move in to move out. We moved into a filthy house rental with mouse droppings in the broiler pan, washing machine and elsewhere. We had to pay our cleaners for two visits to get the place livable. We then worked with them to get an exterminator out to remove the 10-15 dead mice under the house. I worked with Steve recently on a condo transaction and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He was the middleman working with a very strict HOA and got all my client's questions answered. Even on the last day of the escrow, he was assisting me in resolving a lock reset request late at night with the help of his locksmith. I recommend his service for anyone who is looking for a reliable real estate advisor.
