I had a pleasant experience today , July 2, 2026 with Hayley. I would like to commend her for Outstanding Customer Service. I found her helpful, caring, patient and understanding in assisting me step by step on each protocol on the FolioApp portal , paying my rent . She explained thoroughly on each option to help me comprehend the FolioApp system itself and where to click to make things easier for me to pay rent .. Unfortunately I can't recommend this property management company from move in to move out. We moved into a filthy house rental with mouse droppings in the broiler pan, washing machine and elsewhere. We had to pay our cleaners for two visits to get the place livable. We then worked with them to get an exterminator out to remove the 10-15 dead mice under the house.
