Absolutely fantastic service!
I recently purchased my very first EV, and it was actually my partner who first spotted it and took it for a test drive on my behalf — and I absolutely loved it! There was an issue with the AC at first, but Chris resolved it quickly. He even provided me with a courtesy car while waiting for the compressor to be replaced, and he made sure the battery life was checked as well which is amazing!! He’s super easy to talk to if you have any questions. Can’t recommend him enough – thanks so much, Chris!
This is how I hoped car buying would be. Chris was very responsive to my initial enquiry. After arranging a time to view the car, we were greeted warmly and professionally. No used car man sales flannel !! Comfortably left us to look around the car with zero pressure and take a test drive when we were ready. Answered all our questions. Car was as described, all relevant documents available. The office was organised and pleasant. So far very happy with our purchase 3 weeks in.
After searching for a car for quite some time, I came across a listing online from Morley Car Sales – it didn’t even have photos yet as the car hadn’t been collected. I contacted Chris, and he immediately sent over pictures to give me an idea. Recently bought a VW Touran for my wife from Morley Cars Sales and got 5 star service. Chris was more than helpful on the phone as I wanted to get a deal done before traveling all the way from Middlesbrough. Chris kindly sent me a walk round video, he talked me through all the service history and everything I needed to know.
