Despite having a lovely young manager who seemed skilled and professional, I can’t say the same for the 2 salesman working there. Although Peter was a kind guy, he was very good at avoiding questions and making empty promises. Typical salesman. Communication was lacking and I had to chase him to get any information/updates about the car I was looking at buying. I didn’t feel cared for as a customer, however that is not my main complaint. I had issues with the recommended broker, he was extremely pushy, unprofessional and only offered me one ridiculous finance option with extremely high interest which he was very insistent about me taking. I shopped around and saved big time without feeling like I was getting bullied, I recommend you do the same.
