My apologies for the issue about the set of my car keys and thank you for handling it in a very professional and satisfying way. My daughter later advised me she took 3 keys from that set before handing them to me. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience I've caused you and thank you for letting me watch your camera surveillance video.

I am an extremely neglectful car owner. If there were an RSPCA for cars, I'd have had my car seized and would have been on Today Tonight as a repeat offender. Anyway, I keep bringing my car in for way overdue servicing and/or random noises that don't go away when I ignore them. Every time, I expect to hear that it'll be kinder to put the car out of its misery. But Paul and Co. keep finding a way to keep the car running and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR SERVICE!! The second I arrived they grabbed the car and took it for a test drive. I went to the toilet and before I had returned they already had vehicle up on hydraulic bed for inspection with diagnosis complete. I was quite amazed. Gave a reasonable price for repairs, job was done in TWO HOURS, on a Friday arvo, got a call and receipt of vehicle before they closed at 5pm.
