After 4 years as a loyal patient, I am seriously considering switching to a new provider as I write this review in good faith. This office consistently fails to respect patients' time or manage schedules effectively. Two recent experiences have made it crystal clear that efficiency and communication are major systematic issues at this practice. 1. I’ve been a patient for many years several months ago. I had my annual with an EKG. The results were normal with a slight heart murmur due to problems with their medical assistant. I decided to leave and I found a new doctor and I had another annual medical and that EKG proved to be not normal with a lot of problems so I now have to see a cardiologist.
