I’ve been screwed by them twice now. My wife’s motor mounts on her Jeep grand Cherokee L went out I brought it in under warranty they said they would have to charge me to look at it further “because they couldn’t replicate the noise”. I was just under my 60k miles warranty period and after driving for awhile thinking it wasn’t really the motor mounts I ended up paying out of pocket to fix just that.
