My mother was out of heat on a Sunday, I was out of town. called service and they sent out a technician to check out. Called me back told we can get parts Monday made sure my mom had an electric heater and assured her they would be back on Monday. Monday came they arrived with parts in hand and repaired the problem. Best service I have received in years. P.S. my mom is 91 years old. Thanks for the great service Mortiz Heating Robert
Thank you Dave, Chuck, and Robin. Glad we called you for a new water heater. We will pass your name on to friends and neighbors. Maybe we were extra lucky, because that old water heater was on its last legs and one day later, there’s a shiny new one in place.
Quick service at a crucial time. New furnace is significantly louder tho. Dealing with it Otherwise quite pleased
