Mark was on time, professional, friendly and fixed my a/c quickly. He explained my options for possible future issues. The pricing was fair and competitive. I would highly recommend Moritz for anyone's HVAC needs.
I work for a property manager and we had a crisis this morning. Temps are fixing to go up into the 90's over the weekend and we had a property w/no air and our normal vendor was unavailable util Monday. I called and spoke w/Cody @ Moritz and she was amazing. She got our tenants on the schedule & her tech literally showed up an hour after i called it in. I work with vendors all day long and the customer service at Moritz's is top notched. They were fabulous. Great customer service, got me in pretty darn quick, very knowledgeable about my A/C unit. I would definitely use them again and again!!
