Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I came to this massage centre this morning as a walk-in. When I arrived, the receptionist asked whether I had made a booking. I clearly told her that I had not. She then asked me to pay $100 for a full-body massage. I paid, waited about 10 minutes as she asked me to, and then she took me inside and started the massage.
