I'm not sure about other people but forcing me to sign over my credit card information along with an Authorizing Signature for the office to use at their leisure seems over the top and not quite ethical. I had received services at this office on and off for 10 years. There was never a payment problem other than the office not billing my insurance correctly and requiring them to re-bill with the correct coding to get paid. Exciting
Talk about a horrible bedside manner. I went there several time for facial laser treatment and was made to feel like a moron at every turn, even by his staff. Every question was answered with an attitude and his arrogance was unreal. I'm a pretty smart person and understood the procedure but still had a few questions and he really was totally unapproachable.
