Id rate it more like 4.5 stars. Enjoyed the counselling with Leonard but was told my issues werent severe enough to warrant more appointments than 8 or so despite my pain specialist wanting me to see someone regularly. They dont offer long term support but I found my sessions extremely helpful as well as their mindfulness/CBT group course. Would rate at five stars if they werent trying to force me to have a goal aside from "learn how to cope chronic pain and family stress" since apparently thats not a specific enough goal. 2... read more
