We received a quote for carpet installation but decided to go with another company based on price, time efficiency, and the quality of their carpets. After letting the salesperson know, we were sent over a dozen texts in a row, trying to pressure us to change our decision. The constant texting and pushy attitude were completely unprofessional. We were also told there would be a higher price if we didn’t pay in cash, which didn’t sit right with us. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experience.
I had a great experience with Tess. She was extremely responsive with great pricing and was extremely helpful in picking the kind of flooring we needed. The product that they have is high quality and I would highly recommend giving them a call if you’re thinking about doing your next project.
10/5 stars. Affordable and the staff are very helpful. Will be going back next renovation project I attack.
