Long story short, he almost pressured me into doing $2,100 repair that wasn't needed and someone else came and fixed for $75. To elaborate, our heat stopped working, fan would go on but pilot wasn't turning on. They were responsive and came out same day for diagnostic, as the tech came out, the pilot turned on just before he got here. Excellent service beyond anything I have ever experienced! Despite being unable to make a physical service call, Dave was able to troubleshoot my home air conditioning unit via cellphone! Within 20 minutes he was able to pinpoint the issue and got my system up and running just in time for this memorial weekend festivities! I highly recommend his services, you will not only be satisfied but impressed with his working knowledge of HVAC systems! I highly recommend anyone to reach out to Morin Services heating and cooling!

Built an open floor plan residential post frame barn and obtained quotes for design & installation of ductwork and AC (no furnace) from several well known contractors. David was the only contractor who offered a custom design and did so at considerably less expense than the others. He also (despite my initial reservations) installed a smaller tonnage (and less expensive) AC compressor based upon his design and calculations. David came out and explained all the aspects of either repairing an existing system or going with partial or all new, gave us the time to digest and make a decision that worked for us, even recommended a reduction in size of system. His team arrived as scheduled and completed an entire system replacement in one day. House now stays cooler than it ever has! Highly recommend this company looking for heating/cooling service.
