Good communication
He was great in the beginning. Listened to everything I said. I didn't have a problem until after when I was having the same issues. I had texted him on 2 occasions and asked him to come take a look. He said he would, I waited and waited. He never showed. I also was supposed to have rear seals fixed, honestly nothing was done in the back. My family had helped me pay for it, it was almost 800 dollars.
Josh is literally a gift. He has worked on my aging dinosaur of a dodge durango a few times now. He responds promptly and does all the work while keeping you updated. He offers high quality work at the most reasonable prices I have ever found. He even treats me better then family. I will never go anywhere else. I highly highly recommend this amazing guy.
