bad work Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
bad work We have used this company for the last three years, per recommendation of our neighbor, who has been using them for 35 years. We asked them to evaluate our AC, which they said they would estimate at no cost. We just got a bill for $100. Will be happy to revise this review if they waive this bill, but has already left a bad taste in my mouth. If they sucker us in with a "free estimate" then they should respect their words.
