No way this place is 5 stars. Its is a terrible company to work for long 10 hr days 5 days a week and low low wages. I spent almost a decade here and I regret every minute of it. The fabrication manager is an arrogant narcissist. Only speaks to you when he want to belittle you and he does so in front of other employees. Stay far far away they say the offer 401k and pension and its worthless
Doesn’t seem to care about their staff at all. Pushes employees out instead of trying to proactively remedy the situation. Very unprofessionally ran. Low wages for people with experience but hires people with none at a higher wage. Going to HR does nothing because they just take their supervisors side instead of listening to their employees. Just a very horribly ran place. Do not apply here.
