RecommendedBought a new boat from Conrad & Judy 18 seasons ago. My trim tabs just stopped working (both at the same time, no sound from the actuator). Picked up the phone and called MB&M, Conrad answered and actually remembered me, and the boat. Told me where the fuse should be. Now THAT'S after sales support!!! Great family run business.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..My father had his boat serviced here a $1700 repair and the mechanic used a chemical cleaner on the floor of the boat stripping the epoxy finish and did not even inform him of this mistake and upon his realization when he returned to ask what happened and if they could make it right was screamed and cursed out by the proprietor and told to get off the "fucking property".
