Paul is one of the techs here at this company and he is the very best! He has always been very astute, smart, knowledgeable, and polite. I'm a 10-year customer. I called this year to make an appointment for a basic service on my generator. I was scheduled for around 12:30 pm. At about 4 pm, I hadn't seen anyone show up. I called and explained. She said, "Oh, they came, you just didn't see them because they perform all the work outside". Moriarty Electric did an amazing job on my Samsung Minisplit heat pump heating and cooling system last year. They worked with me on the best placement of the outdoor and indoor units and it came out great. The Samsung SmartThings app is fantastic, I never have to use (or find ) the remotes.
