I’d like to thank everyone at Moriarty who expedited a solution to our rogue Generac generator that just decided to start up without a power loss. The tech arrived quickly, a problem diagnosed, parts acquired and installed, and a generator back in service faster than I expected. Thank you all for such great warranty service.
I called to get information on two generators I’ll be needing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. They offered to set up on-site consultations at both properties to review replacement options or discuss installing entirely new units if I decide to relocate them. Moriarty sold to us and services our backup generator. Over the years they have been wonderful to work with. The staff from sales to service and the office support have all been professional and knowledgeable.
