They don't coprate with u and renting prices are super high just bought an apartment 2 bedroom which cost 25hundred 40 dollars only heat included management will not coprate with u even they have alof of stupid rules which pises me off all I just want them to be friendly and coprate with people that's all and they should lower their renting price
They just started managing our building, and I can say that they're doing a terrible job. They don't respond to their Tenant's emails and we need our renewed lease. Its been 2 weeks, 3 sent emails just to send us 1 document. Please fix your communication in your company and respond to our emails. Thank you.
Worst landlords I’ve ever had! I will never ever rent from a Morguard building again. Worst experience of my life, living in one of their roach infested buildings.
