My appointment was 10 AM. I showed up at 8am. They work me in plenty of room to park and turn around.
Came 4 hours early to my appointment by mistake. Lady in frontdesk didn’t refuse to load me, but told me next time to come back at appointment time. She knew i was here first time and treated well. Thank you for your good operation. Shippers like this really hard to find these days.
Great people here ! Be respectful and you will get it in return. Very fast loading loads have to be tarped on flatbed step deck because wind will shred the plastic. Pull all the way in get turned around and drive back out. They have 2 loading spots for flatbeds A and B . Once your loaded they will have you pull out on street adjacent to live tracks very very active tracks. I pulled over to the west side or left side to secure and tarp . AS OF 10/10/25 There a couple of overnight parking spots but Pilot is literally 3 miles away. Val is check in lady and logistics manager and amazingly kind, quick and knows her stuff. Loading starts at 07:30am until 3:00 pm. First come, first serve. Loading was 30 minutes at the most. This will be a heavy, heavy load so go get a scale done. Thank you guys for showing up to run this salt distribution center the correct and trucker friendly way. I’ll be back for sure, for sure.
