Very disappointing exchange w/ phone staff members - not knowledgeable. I've been a client for 30 years and I wasn't treated very respectfully. Rates are excellent as hoped after ALL these years of paying for 2 vehicles and home insurance. I have had much better treatment when the call centre was in St John's, NWFNDLN and not now in BURNABY, BC!! Hope my claim is handled more expertly this week
Absolutely abysmal. I made a claim in July. My adjuster does not answer my questions and does not respond to my emails. When she does acknowledge that I exist, she makes blatant errors in her responses that have sucked hours of my life when I have needed to fix them. She will not call when I ask. I have escalated my claim to management three times but no one has contacted me. It has been over a month. Morgex is owned by intact, which is wildly inappropriate. When I added my son as a temporary driver on my insurance policy, they took the yearly cost of adding him & jammed it into the last two months of the policy increasing the monthly payments from $200 to $700. They are crooks!
This company looks like all Canada right now. You pay money for 0 services. Stay away as far as you can.
