I had a wonderful experience at Morgenthal Frederics at Bal Harbour Shops. Right when I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Zack, the store manager is always so knowledgeable about all collections of eyewear available. Also had an eye exam during the same visit, which was very thorough, and the optometrist explained everything in detail, making me feel confident about my prescription. I have been working with Zack Ezzaki at Morgenthal Bal Harbour since 2017. Zack has always been professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very honest and helpful in helping me style my eyewear collection.
