Five star experience all around - I first shopped at Morgenthal Frederics Bal Harbour a few months ago when I met Zack (the store manager) and he helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. The experience was so phenomenal and Zack made me feel like a lifelong client from the get-go that I made it a point to wait until I was back in Miami to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses. This is by far the BEST store with the most special collection and VIP experience from start to finish! I've been working with Ziphion for a few years now and together we've built the most beautiful collection of both sunglasses and opticals. He has a great eye and always tracks down the most coveted pieces before they sell out. 15/10 stars!!!
