Front desk woman was awesome and friendly, but that is the only good thing, after spending an hour in the room waiting to see Dr. Morgenstern we walked out, he apparently was on a phone meeting call. Why would you schedule meetings when you have patients waiting to see you. Just makes you feel that you aren't important to them at all. If we would have been an hour late they would've refused to see us.

I really liked everyone at your office. Everyone was so friendly. Everything was explained to me about the procedure.
Everything from the facility, to the staff, and ultimately Dr Morgenstern was wonderful. I’m not sure we will continue with the treatment but it is a reflection of my priorities and not anything from your end.
