Don’t rent from Morgenson if you want a pleasant tenancy with decent property management. Darla at the head office is the most vile excuse for a human being I have ever come across. She is completely void of any compassion or emotion and cares about nothing but money, god forbid you lose your job or have an emergency come up - she is completely unwilling to work with you. I have been with Morgenson Inc since 2001. I have not had any issues with anything since I moved in. Just want to give a great SHOUT OUT to the great team we have were I live. Back in 2013 there was a water main break in Jan - Feb. mine and 2 other apartments were in such great damaged state but with in days of this happening the whole team really were able to get so much done in little time was only a week my apartment was new and improved.
