He was professionally kind, being a retired RN, he still took his time to explained anything I could have thought of to ask. Unlike other medical Dr.’s I visited, he actually believed my pain was fairly intense, prescribed medication management as well as procedures at Susquehanna Pain Clinic that have improved my daily life abilities. Everyone very friendly, he goes by the book and talks straight forward. I liked him alot
Dr.Morganstein was very professional and took his time.He listened to what I was saying.I didn't fell rushed at all.I needed an EMG and it was done 5 days after my first visit.
He came to the room to examine me and he actually read my paperwork prior to coming in. I thought he was a good listener! Today was my first appointment with him and I left with relief that a doctor took time to finally listen after two years.
This pain management clinic treated my mother absolutely horrible. They did not help her at all and instead continuously billed her for services she did not receive. The nurses and front desk women were the rudest i have ever dealt with in all my years of working in the medical field. My mother was never even allowed to speak to Dr. Morganstein about any of her issues. I sensed discrimination toward our religious background. Unprofessional staff and have no sympathy or affection to patients.
I feel Dr Morganstein shows true care for his patients conditions.
