Broken toilet, dirty windows, extremely cold...bright lights that shine in your eyes when trying to watch a presentation... Complete lack of owners care or bad management. Would expect better for the cost! Improvement needed. Good location. Why does the management ignor parking...they do not bother to negotiate better rates. Seems no owner involvement.
What an absolute pleasure it was to get married at Morgans. Adrianna, Daisy, Sarah and the whole team are to be commended. We had a fantastic ceremony and reception from start to finish. Even though our day included pouring rain, the team made our day magical. Guests raved about the beautiful location, excellent decor and the food. 1. SLOWWWWW service (+30 minutes delay, entrees served at 8:01pm even though salads were supposed to be plated at 6pm… 2+ hours to serve dinner with preset menus?). We had to cut scheduled activities due to how long dinner took. 2. Ceremony window people – neighbors across the street flashing the group, trying to pull their pants down, and spelled out ‘OHIO’ during our ceremony.
