Michael is a lovely man, im just a random lady buying a nice necklace off marketplace and wanted to ensure it was legitimate 40 gram necklace not silver filled etc. As lutwyche was the meeting place, I randomly called up Morgans jewellers and kindly asked the gentleman if he would take a look for me. Without hesitation he humbly obliged, looked at the peice to identify the authenticity to make sure I didnt loose thousands and included a free clean when he could of bumped me off. An HONEST guy ... rare, I know. Easy going service and lovely, quality displays. And also ... my daughter couldn't believe that he charged her $25 for something that she had been quoted $70 for elsewhere ... so she was so happy.
