Drove 20 minutes to look at purchasing a linear fireplace. Walked in, walked around and picked up some brochures and left without ever getting waited on. Two men sitting in recliners, watching a football never acknowledged our presence. The door dinged on our way in & dinged on our way out they obviously lost a sale today!
