outdated dog training – I hate to go against the flow here but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a less than dominant dog. I believe the training here made our dogs' problems worse instead of better. We had two American Bulldogs that we trained with Morgan's. After the two week "Bootcamp"I religiously brought the dogs back for private lessons and group lessons. I saw Todd sometimes twice a week with my dogs. Didnt like it – Did not end up using this training place because I did not like the premises looked old and dirty, would not leave my dog here alone. To board you have to do an 800 dollar bootcamp first. Premises was too small.

My dog was traumatized and afraid of me after training here! – My dog came out of the bootcamp more fearful than when she went in and now she hates going for walks and looks scared of me for no reason and I have done nothing to her and shes hides from me in the other room in the house. When my brother came over and went to pet her, she ran away from his hand like she had been hit. She knows him well but all of the sudden was looking at him like he was a total stranger. My doggies love Morgans!!!! – I have two small dogs, a Yorkie and a Toy Fox Terrier- Yorkie mix. They love Morgans! The mix is afraid of everything in life and most other dogs but when we pull up to Morgans her tail starts wagging and she can hardly stand it she is so excited to go in and play!! Morgan's = GREAT!!!! – I rescued an American Pit Terrier from a fighting house when I was 18. When i got her she was 5 months old and was CRAZY!! She would pull me down the street, try to fight EVERY dog she saw, she even bit a couple people in her younger months. I was honestly contemplating putting her to sleep in fear that she was just too far gone! Horrible. Will never go here again. – THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET US SEE WHERE THE DOGS STAY That shows there is something to hide Something isnt right, bad vibe at this place that looks like a old house, because every other place had no problem showing us where the dogs live and play rooms, even web cams and play equipment. Inside it is cramped with junk, dirty with a bad odor. You get what you pay for. They wont board unless you get your dog trained by them and leave it there with them, crazy??? awesome customer and canine service – I found the place to be the best in chicago. they have the most experience than all the other training facilities in the city. service was quick and so informative for not a dime down. the gorgeous pyrenees at the front door would not let me leave til i petted him for quite awhile, very sweet. elana, the owner, also owns a monkey, emily. this monkey is treated better than most kids in the city and is brought to work by the owner every day. they have actually been on tv and given a talk a... read more

weird – I walked into this store and there were some imposing dogs there, I thought they were ready to attack me. Plus for some odd reason, there is a monkey in a cage in the middle of the room, I was told not to touch. I got a strange feeling from that place, the owner was not friendly in any way, and was very reluctant to answer my questions.
