I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this business. When I called for assistance, the person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to help me because they claimed they were "too busy." Hoping for better service in person, I visited the location—but things only got worse. I called asking if they had an Eaton E1200I axle and was told yes they did so i asked if someone could measure the spring centers and U bolt diameter but was told by the woman on the phone that "they were very busy but she would see what they can do'. 2 days later I call back and some rude guy answered the phone and says it will fit so there's no need to measure.
