I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this business. When I called for assistance, the person on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to help me because they claimed they were "too busy." Hoping for better service in person, I visited the location—but things only got worse. I called asking if they had an Eaton E1200I axle and was told yes they did so i asked if someone could measure the spring centers and U bolt diameter but was told by the woman on the phone that "they were very busy but she would see what they can do'. 2 days later I call back and some rude guy answered the phone and says it will fit so there's no need to measure. One of the worker(old man)at the Morgan’s, was very rude with me. He made some racial statements. Of course, i am client at the Morgan’s and need some time to verify the old parts. The worker seems to have real problem with that. The comments, he made was unbearable and really inappropriate.
