Recommendedvern and most of the shop workers are great and very communicative. however the guy who answers the phone I called to check on my transmission. prior knowledge I knew the transmission mechanic normally takes off Mondays. I have a cold and a sinus infection so all stopped up barely can breathe and talk at the same time. I asked if he was in or if he took the day off. who ever answers the phone said you can call back with a different attitude, because he thought I had one and hung up on me.
