We have taken our vehicles here for years and never had any issues. This time however Mike rudely berated my mother when she politely questioned him for doing unauthorized repairs. $200 for à diagnostic and the replacement of a fuel pump that was not given the go ahead. We will not be returning here again after the way she was mistreated.

Went in for a simple headlight replacement and they totally overcharged, twice what I was quoted at Matt’s and Simmons. I assumed it would be similar. ($50- $35 for one bulb + $15 labor/ everyone else was literally 1/2 that. When I asked about the price got a very condescending answer - just a bulb but lost my trust and any chance of future business.
