I took my cat here for an emergency C-section surgery. Among all the places I have contacted “including my own vet” they were the only clinic who could admit us immediately, understanding the state of urgency, nervousness and the fear I had at that moment. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart to the doctor and the entire team. I will always be grateful for what they did for my Cat and the kindness they showed us. Edit number 2: in response to the owner's reply... we were never told it was cancerous. We were told that a biopsy was wanted. We declined the biopsy because she was twelve years old. It was implied that she would be fine with just the teeth removed. During the phone call with the surgeon and a text message that I received from him later. He did apologize that it was not communicated to us that the mass was inoperable, whether it was cancerous or not. The teeth did not need to be extracted since the mass was inoperable. Edit: 5 minutes after posting this review, the surgeon called wanting to explain the "miscommunication". 15 minutes later he agreed to refund the money spent on an unnecessary dental surgery. Although he did make things right, we have lost faith in this veterinary practice. It has taken me over a week to process my anger and betrayal I felt after my last visit at Morgana Animal Hospital.
